The most suitable location for the beer production plants is the traditional and unique anti-acid flooring Giaretta System which is laid on wide joints and duly sealed with specific products developed and tested by Giaretta System to ensure hermetic joints and combat the bacteria load of yeasts, as well as the attack of acids,  in particular the critic acid, produced during the processing phases. 

Beer making also requires specific drainage systems to avoid as much as possible water collecting on the floor, as often happens in old-fashioned facilities.
