HYGIENIC PRO SLOT CHANNEL- HACCP -

The Hygienic Pro range consists of high-capacity horizontal and linear outlets which create an efficient flow and a high level of self-cleaning. They are easy to clean and prevent the proliferation of bacteria, limiting the volume of water and production down-time, required to start and clean the drainage system.

The Hygienic Pro channel is HACCP certified and manufactured according to EHEDG guidelines, made entirely of stainless steel:

it is designed without corners or cavities which harbour areas for the proliferation of bacteria
it is resistant to a wide range of chemical cleaning products
it can withstand cleaning at high temperatures and disinfection with steam
it has a smooth surface which makes the flow more efficient
